The Holy Family Council #6831 has served the community of Leesburg, VA and St. John the Apostle parish for more than thirty years. The Holy Family Council organizes family, youth, church and community activities ranging from baseball trips and family bowling to blood drives, charity coat drives, and many others.

The Knights of Columbus was founded in 1882 by Father Michael J. McGivney at St. Mary's in New Haven, CT as an organization committed to Unity as a Catholic lay organization, Charity to those in need and Fraternity with fellow brother knights.

Today, Knights and their families remain true to these principles and work to spread Columbianism around the world.
